RETURNS POLICIES & PROCEDURES :

All the Services Sold via the the Website are NOT-Materialistic Items, so there there is no Policies & Procedure to Physically returned any product

However you must raise any concerns within 30 days of the purchase, regarding the services and, email customer service at support@alphaai.in to obtain a REFUND.

REFUNDS POLICY : 

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the Date of Refund Approvals to process your refund. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
